Grounds Manager

The Grounds Manager is responsible for planning and managing the grounds work to keep the KISC property in a great shape and complying with Swiss regulations. The Grounds Manager will be in charge of: staff working on the grounds, service projects during the summer and Work Parties that come to help us in the Spring and Autumn. House Assistant

Closed position
The House Assistant works together with the House Manager and other House Assistant to ensure a positive image of the Centre in terms of the cleanliness and general appearance of all of the indoor facilities. This includes taking care of the laundry services, assisting in the coordination of daily and seasonal cleaning routines, guest check-ins and -outs, helping with special events, and ensuring that all guests receive excellent service during their stay. The House Assistant also leads and organises the Short Term Staff’s daily work.

House Manager

Closed position
The House Manager is responsible for leading the work of the Centre’s House team, including all associated administrative, planning, development, and day-to-day tasks. The House Manager takes responsibility for the image of the Centre in terms of cleanliness and general appearance. The House Manager also takes a leading role in the coordination and preparation of the accommodation and conference room setup during special events. If you would like to lead and motivate a team of volunteers while ensuring the operations of the House team run smoothly, we look forward to your application!

IT Project Coordinator

Closed position
The IT Project Coordinator is a temporary role which will focus on the implementation of upgrades and changes in the main IT Infrastructure of KISC. The IT Project Coordinator will continue an existing project that started in 2019 and will oversee the multi-phase implementation according to the project that includes: migration from remote to desktop environment (Microsoft 365), upgrades to the property management system (ASSD), deploying a new E-Shop system and standardising the use of ICT at KISC.
