Programme Administration Manager

The Programme Administration Manager is responsible for the "Guest Programme Booking journey" at KISC, including regular guest correspondence, overseeing timely and meticulous administration of Programme activities that provide an unforgettable experience for guests who visit KISC! The Programme Administration Manager is supporting KISC guided activities and is the main point of contact towards external activity suppliers and is responsible for managing good relations as well as overseeing invoices and payments of programme activities.

Programme Development Assistant

Closed position
The Programme Development Assistant is responsible for planning, training and managing staff to run our workshops, and weekly jamboree activities. This person will work to continuously develop all aspects of our programme, mainly the International and Eco activities. The work also includes some help with the Programme administration in the office, leading activities, and planning events. Programme Director

The Programme Director (also called Deputy Director for Programme or PD) is a member of the Senior Management Team of the Centre. As Deputy Director for Programme, they are directly responsible for the management of the Programme team. The PD is in charge of the planning and safe delivery of all activities offered by the Centre. They manage and organise the training for Long Term Staff, Short Term Staff, Helpers and Snow and Ice Guides working in the Programme team.
