Event Planner Volunteer - Ex Staff Reunion 2023
Role detail
We are looking for a team of three creative Ex Staff from different generations that are passionate about planning and promoting the great Centenary Ex Staff Reunion 2023. This event will happen on late December, welcoming Ex-Pinkies to reconnect and meet new people from the Pinky family.
These Remote Volunteers will be part of the KISC 2023 Planning Team and will be responsible for planning specific programme and promoting the event to invite more people to join this unforgettable Reunion. They will also be highly encouraged to come to KISC on the duration of the event to support and be part of the logistics of it.

Requirements
Has previously been a member of the staff team at KISC
Skills & Qualifications
- Good planning/organising skills
- Able to communicate in English
Main tasks
- Work with the Assistant Guest Services Director planning the event.
- Promoting the event with other ex-staff members (digital and non-digital way).
- Help with answering questions related to the event.
- Planning and logistics at KISC during the event.
Management
This position will be managed by the Assistant Guest Services Director at KISC.

This is considered a remote volunteering position. The selected volunteers will be highly encouraged to be at KISC during the duration of the event to support and execute the planning.
