The Catering Manager works with the other members of the Catering Long Term Staff to manage the Short Term Staff and to provide meals for our guests and Staff. The person has the overall responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the Catering operations, including cleanliness and safety of the kitchen, and the quality and timeliness of served meals. The Catering Manager also leads the Long Term Staff team in Catering and is responsible for the planning of all works in the catering area.

Communications Assistant

We are looking for someone to work with our PR & Marketing Manager with managing our social media accounts and executing the Centre’s Communication plan. The Social Media and Communications Assistant is responsible for the organisation and delivery of the Centre’s digital communications according to the framework for Marketing at KISC. Deputy Director - maternity leave replacement

This role is a maternity leave cover for the Staff Development Director (also called Deputy Director for Staff Development or SDD). The role will be covering a member of the Senior Management Team of the Centre over the high season in summer. In this role as Deputy Director for Staff Development, you would be directly responsible for the management of one of the Centre’s most important resources—staff. The SDD is in charge of staff recruitment, coordinating staff training, staff administration and planning of staff needs.
