This involves dealing with guests both before and during their stay, dealing with external companies that provide KISC guests with activities, and supporting the KISC guided activities. Programme Administration Manager

Closed position
The Programme Administration Manager is responsible for the "Guest Programme Booking journey" at KISC, including regular guest correspondence, overseeing timely and meticulous administration of Programme activities that provide an unforgettable experience for guests who visit KISC! The Programme Administration Manager is supporting KISC guided activities and is the main point of contact towards external activity suppliers and is responsible for managing good relations as well as overseeing invoices and payments of programme activities.

Programme Development Assistant

Closed position
The Programme Development Assistant is responsible for planning, training and managing staff to run our workshops, and weekly jamboree activities. This person will work to continuously develop all aspects of our programme, mainly the International and Eco activities. The work also includes some help with the Programme administration in the office, leading activities, and planning events. If you have good organisation skills and enjoy organising activities and motivating people, we look forward to your application.

Reception Assistant
