The Catering Manager works with the other members of the Catering Long Term Staff to manage the Short Term Staff and to provide meals for our guests and Staff. The person has the overall responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the Catering operations, including cleanliness and safety of the kitchen, and the quality and timeliness of served meals. The Catering Manager also leads the Long Term Staff team in Catering and is responsible for the planning of all works in the catering area.

Communications Assistant

We are looking for someone to work with our PR & Marketing Manager with managing our social media accounts and executing the Centre’s Communication plan. The Social Media and Communications Assistant is responsible for the organisation and delivery of the Centre’s digital communications according to the framework for Marketing at KISC. Front Office Assistant

Open position
Sitting within the Reception team, the Front Office Assistant completes tasks across two work areas – Reception and Programme. This person takes responsibility along with other Front Office staff to handle much of the administrative work associated with the Centre’s guest bookings. As part of the Front Office team, this role is one of the main points of guest contact for the Centre. If you enjoy helping out guests from all around the world, we look forward to your application!

Front Office Intern

Closed position
The Front Office Intern works in our front desk welcoming, providing guidance and information to our guests, as well as executing some of our key services. The work focuses on helping guests in matters related to their booking, the payment of their bills, changes to their programme, etc. The front office is one of the main points of contact with our guests. The role is a temporary one, happening during the Summer season when we have a large number of guests.
