This letter should include who you are, what relevant skills and experiences you could bring to the team, why you are applying for Short Term Staff, what makes you suitable for being a Staff member at KISC, and what you expect from your experience at the Centre. Please also explain why you are applying for the specific season, and not another one, as each season is unique and requires a different skill set.

Membership confirmation from your National Scout/Guide Organisation
Please include a letter of confirmation of membership/ endorsement, signed by the International Commissioner of your National Scout/Guide Organisation/Association, stating you are a registered member. This should be a letter (not a membership card, website screenshot, etc.), dated in the same year of your application. Please contact your National Scout/Guide Organisation/Association to obtain this letter.
Copy of your passport(s)
Your passport needs to be valid for at least, 6 months after your contract ends. Please let us know if you have several passports.
Medical certificate:
Please download our Medical Certificate here and self-assess yourself by answering all the questions. Please consider the natural environment you could work in (altitude, climate, etc.) and whether you have any pre-existing medical conditions. This is really important to us so we know how best to help and support your health and well-being whilst you live and work at KISC.
If you are selected for the role, we will ask you to complete another medical form to take to your doctor, so they can confirm or modify the information, and then sign it before you send it back to us.
