The Programme Administration Assistant is responsible for the "Guest Programme Booking journey" at KISC, including regular guest correspondence, overseeing timely and meticulous administration of Programme activities that provide an unforgettable experience for guests who visit KISC! The Programme Administration Assistant is supporting KISC guided activities and is the main point of contact towards external activity suppliers and is responsible for managing good relations as well as overseeing invoices and payments of programme activities.
The Programme Development Assistant is responsible for planning, developing and training staff to run our workshops, and weekly jamboree activities. This person will work to continuously develop all aspects of our programme, mainly the International and Eco activities. The work also includes some help with the Programme administration in the office. The Deputy Director for Guest Services is a member of the Senior Leadership Team of the Centre. They are responsible for overseeing the works of all teams related to the Guest experience at KISC: Reception, Campsite, Catering (this sometimes sits with another Deputy Director), House & Hygiene. They build and maintain relations with key suppliers and partners of the Centre and maintain good relations with special Guest groups visiting KISC.
