The Programme Administration Assistant is responsible for the "Guest Programme Booking journey" at KISC, including regular guest correspondence, overseeing timely and meticulous administration of Programme activities that provide an unforgettable experience for guests who visit KISC! The Programme Administration Assistant is supporting KISC guided activities and is the main point of contact towards external activity suppliers and is responsible for managing good relations as well as overseeing invoices and payments of programme activities.

Programme Development Assistant

Open position

The Programme Development Assistant is responsible for planning, developing and training staff to run our workshops, and weekly jamboree activities. This person will work to continuously develop all aspects of our programme, mainly the International and Eco activities. The work also includes some help with the Programme administration in the office. If you have good organisation skills and enjoy organising activities and motivating people, we look forward to your application.

Grounds Manager

Closed position

The Grounds Manager is responsible for planning and managing the grounds work to keep the KISC property in a great shape and complying with Swiss regulations. The Grounds Manager will be in charge of: staff working on the grounds, service projects during the summer and Work Parties that come to help us in the Spring and Autumn. If you enjoy handiwork, managing projects and people, and would like to take care of the KISC campsite and grounds, we look forward to your application.

Assistant Programme Director

Closed position

The Assistant Programme Director works closely with the Programme Director to ensure a high quality of services and activities. The role oversees the risk and safety management of 40-50 different KISC Programme activities varying from hiking and climbing, challenge and high adventure activities to workshops and safety/ risk management training activities. During the summer/winter high season, the Assistant Programme Director is responsible for managing and supporting Programme staff as well as being heavily involved in training staff to run activities safely.
