To all our guests visiting us in the coming months

With everything that’s happening regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, I would like to reassure you that the health and wellbeing of everyone at KISC, now and in the future, is our number one priority.

With this in mind, we are following the advice of the Swiss authorities carefully and continuing to do everything we can to keep the Permanent Mini Jamboree open and safe this summer. Closing our doors temporarily would be our last resort.

We appreciate you may still have some questions and concerns about what might happen if you cannot travel to us. To help, we are taking the following steps to offer you a little more flexibility around your booking by:

  • Extending the amount of time you have to cancel, and still only be charged 40% of your total overnights, from 90 days to just 14 days before your arrival.
  • Allowing you to change the date of your stay to an alternative available date in 2021.

As you can imagine, our inbox and phone lines may get a little busy, so please bear with us over the coming weeks. If you would like to talk to someone you can reach us on +41 33 675 82 82 or by emailing Info@kisc.ch.

As the situation develops, we will follow the advice issued by the Swiss Government and other public health authorities closely. We will then update you again, if that changes any of the above.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued patience and support, and to thank our Pinkies and Helpers, who are all working hard to ensure we can deliver the best possible experience to all our guests.

Yours in Scouting

Jack Higgins
