The process of requesting activities is different from previous years, but if you follow the steps below everything should be easy and efficient.
1. REGISTER
Please create an account at our website and log in. You can register using your email, Facebook or Google account.
2. BROWSE & SAVE ACTIVITIES
Browse our Programme & Adventure page with over 100 activities. We recommend that you save the activities you are considering to request to the Wishlist using a button at each activity page. If you would like, you can also print summary of the activity, share it with your group via social media or email. All these using a buttons on the right side of each activity detail.
3. SEE YOUR WISH LISTED ACTIVITIES
Look at your wish listed activities by clicking at Whislist on the top right menu bar (accessible when logged in). You can remove activities from your wishlist by clicking on the heart displayed on each activity.
4. FILL AN ONLINE REQUEST FORM
Ready to send us your Programme request? Access the online request form in Booking > Book Activities - Summer. Please carefully read all information on this page, and then start to fill in all required fields and details about activities you wish. Activities that you saved in your Wishlist will be displayed as the first ones in the drop down menu so you can conveniently fill in the form. You can also start to type the name of the activity and the activity should come up in the drop down menu.
5. SAVE OR DOWNLOAD YOUR FORM
You can save your calculation and come back to it later. When you will login back, your form will be saved as you left it. When you are done requesting activities, please download the form and send it to programme@kisc.ch as soon as possible from 1st March, from 10:00 AM CET.
