Assistant Guest Services Director

The Assistant Guest Services Director works closely with the Guest Services Director to ensure an excellent guest experience. The role manages the guest feedback and supports the guest services teams to provide the permanent mini jamboree experience to guests. In the summer, the Assistant Guest Services Director is responsible for managing and supporting the Summer Chalet Services Short Term Staff. During the centenary year at the Kander100 event, they will be responsible for the Info Centre - the main guest contact point.

Assistant Programme Director

Closed position

The Assistant Programme Director works closely with the Programme Director to ensure a high quality of services and activities. The role oversees the risk and safety management of 40-50 different KISC Programme activities varying from hiking and climbing, challenge and high adventure activities to workshops and safety/ risk management training activities. During the summer/winter high season, the Assistant Programme Director is responsible for managing and supporting Programme staff as well as being heavily involved in training staff to run activities safely.

Campsite Assistant

Closed position

We are looking for two Campsite Assistants for Summer 2023. One from 1 April - 15 September 2023 and another for 1 May - 30 August 2023. The Campsite Assistant is responsible for working with the Campsite Manager and another Campsite Assistant in managing and running the Centre's camping facilities and all related equipment. The person also trains, manages, and works alongside a team of volunteers.

Campsite Manager

Closed position

Being the first point of contact for all the guests on the Campsite, the Campsite Manager looks after the various guest groups together with the Campsite Assistants and Short Term Staff working in the team. The Campsite Manager is responsible for managing and preparing the Centre's camping facilities, recycling procedures, and all related equipment. The person also trains, manages, and works alongside a team of volunteers. If you are able to motivate and manage an international group of volunteers while providing excellent guest service, we look forward to your application!
