Announcement Regarding Services Resuming

KISC must postpone the resumption of services by a week until the 27th of December 2021.

Unfortunately, we must announce the news that during regular testing on the 17th December 2021, several KISC staff tested positive for COVID-19. These cases are being dealt with, with the support of Swiss authorities. Nonetheless, we believe it would be best to push back the resumption of our services by a week.  KISC is prepared for this scenario and has a COVID Concept of Operations in place, ensuring everyone’s safety and comfort can be met. All necessary precautions have been taken to make sure that the virus doesn’t spread further. All current staff members are fully vaccinated and are being cared for; those who have tested positive are self-isolating.

If you have booked to stay at KISC before the 27th December, you should have received a phone call from one of our team. Those who booked to stay between the 27th December and 9th of January will have received an email with details about your booking. We do not anticipate that this delay will affect bookings arriving after the 27th December.

This is unfortunate and will be disappointing for those of you who planned to celebrate Christmas at KISC. At this time we must prioritise the health of guests and staff by only resuming services once all staff have recovered and it is safe. We plan this for the 27th of December.

Throughout this difficult past year, KISC has innovated and adapted to remain a safe group destination. We will continue to provide safe stays, going into 2022.

If you have made a winter booking and have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us by email or by phone: +41 33 675 82 82. We thank you for your understanding and support.

We wish everyone a safe & happy Christmas and we look forward to seeing you soon!
