A great introduction to the sport of Snowshoeing and a beautiful view of Kandersteg!
This tour is close to the village and a short 2 km in length. Follow the marked snowshoe trails to the viewpoint, you will then be rewarded with views across the famous Blüemlisalp mountain range, the Doldenhorn masif and the Alpine chalets in the village.

Important information
A leader or responsible person over 18 years old must be present as part of the group.
Equipment
- Ski trousers and jacket, thermal underwear, warm clothes
- UV/sun protection cream and lip protection (minimum factor 15+)
- Sun glasses or ski goggles with good UV protection
- Warm hat and gloves - preferably waterproof
- Rucksack
- Full water bottle - minimum 1 litre
