The Programme Director (also called Deputy Director for Programme and PD) is a member of the Senior Management Team of the Centre. As Deputy Director for Programme, they are directly responsible for the management of the Programme team. The PD is in charge of the planning and safe delivery of all activities offered by the Centre. They manage and organise the training for Long Term Staff, Short Term Staff, Helpers and Snow and Ice Guides working in the Programme team.

Reception Manager

Closed position
The Reception Manager has the responsibility to work with and deputise for the Guest Services Director in the development and running of the Centre’s guest service related aspects. Primarily, this person takes responsibility for the Centre’s guest bookings and leads the Reception team. If you enjoy the idea of communicating with guests from around the world, making their reservations and then being the first person that they meet when they arrive at KISC, we look forward to your application!

Snow & Ice Guides

Closed position
A Snow & Ice Guide (Snice Guide) is usually an Ex-Staff, who returns to work during the busiest part of the summer season guiding Snow & Ice activities. Want to come back and live the dream at KISC? But don't have the time to be Long Term Staff? Want to spend a summer in the Swiss Alps? Then come back as a Snow & Ice Guide. During the busy summer months we need staff to run our Snow and Ice programme. If you haven't been staff before, you will be asked to participate in the general summer staff training which will introduce you to all areas of the Centre.

Staff Development Director

Closed position
The Staff Development Director (also called Deputy Director for Staff Development or SDD) is a member of the Senior Management Team of the Centre. As Deputy Director for Staff Development, they are directly responsible for the management of one of the Centre’s most important resources—staff. The SDD is in charge of staff recruitment, developing and managing staff training, staff administration and planning of staff needs. They also directly manage Short Term Staff, High Season Staff and Helpers.
