Grounds Manager

Closed position
The Grounds Manager is responsible for planning and managing the grounds work to keep the KISC property in a great shape and complying with Swiss regulations. The Grounds Manager will be in charge of: staff working on the grounds, service projects during the summer and Work Parties that come to help us in the Spring and Autumn. If you enjoy handiwork, managing projects and people, and would like to take care of the KISC campsite and grounds, we look forward to your application.

Guest Services Director

Closed position
The Guest Services Director (also called Deputy Director for Guest Services or GSD) is a member of the Senior Management Team of the Centre. As Deputy Director for Guest Services, they are directly responsible for the management of the work areas linked to the Guests’ stay at the Centre—Reception, Catering, House, and Campsite. The responsibilities also include managing and training Long Term Staff in the Guest Services teams.

House Assistant

Closed position
The House Assistant works together with the House Manager and other House Assistant to ensure a positive image of the Centre in terms of the cleanliness and general appearance of all of the indoor facilities. This includes taking care of the laundry services, assisting in the coordination of daily and seasonal cleaning routines, guest check-ins and -outs, helping with special events, and ensuring that all guests receive excellent service during their stay. The House Assistant also leads and organizes the Short Term Staff’s daily work.
