The Deputy Director for Organisational Development (OD) is a member of the Senior Leadership Team of the Centre. They are responsible for the management of the PR and Marketing team, Digital Project Manager, Catering Team and Shop Manager.
We are looking for someone to work alongside our PR & Marketing Manager to keep KISC known all around the world and promote our Centenary. The PR & Marketing Assistant is responsible for capturing the KISC spirit and sharing it through the Centre’s digital communications. If you have design skills, love to create content and would enjoy sharing what life is like at the World Scout Centre on social media, then we look forward to receiving your application!
The PR & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing KISCs PR (Public Relations) and Marketing plans. These ensure that we communicate key messages, promote products and services, and manage KISC's external reputation. As well as managing the expectations of key stakeholders. The role includes creation and delivery of all marketing material, public relations using different forms of media and communications, as well as building and maintaining key stakeholder and patron relationships. This person also has the responsibility for maintaining the website.

The Programme Administration Assistant is responsible for the "Guest Programme Booking journey" at KISC, including regular guest correspondence, overseeing timely and meticulous administration of Programme activities that provide an unforgettable experience for guests who visit KISC!
