Programme Director
The position of Programme Director is one of the most varied roles at KISC and changes throughout the year. I was overseeing all operation connected to our Programme and activities, and I was supporting and line managing the Programme Team which provides exciting experiences to every Scout and Guide visiting KISC. I was planning and delivering training in a variety of areas, developed external relationships with local suppliers and ensuring that risk assessments and safety policies were up to date. One of the highlights as Programme Director was to see how activities go from conception all the way through being run and enjoyed by Scouts from different countries. Alongside this, this position implied constant and varied work alongside the 4 other members of the Senior Management Team, managing and planning all aspects of running the World Scout Centre.
