Catering Assistant
As a Catering Assistant, I got to feed the dream on a daily basis and challenged myself in several ways. Working in a kitchen, cooking for many starving scouts challenged me to learn about different techniques, cultures and flavours. But one of the best parts of the job was working side by side with the Short Term Staff and leading them. I have grown so much during my time as Catering Assistant because KISC is a magical place where people really believe and trust in you, and give you space to develop as a person and professionally.
