Being the first point of contact for all the guests on the Campsite, the Campsite Manager looks after the various guest groups together with the Campsite Assistant and Short Term Staff working in the team. The Campsite Manager is responsible for managing and preparing the Centre's camping facilities, recycling procedures, the Campervan Project at the end of the season and all related equipment. The person also trains, manages, and works alongside a team of volunteers who work in Campsite and House. In 2024 the Short Term Staff will be a team of House/Campsite so the Campsite Manager will also work closely with the House Long Term Staff. If you are able to motivate and manage an international group of volunteers, provide excellent guest service and like to plan the operations of a team, we look forward to your application!
