Please let us know if you have several passports.

A medical certificate:

Please download our Medical Certificate here and self-assess yourself by answering all the questions. This is really important to us so we know how best to help and support your mental health and well-being whilst you live and work at KISC.

If you are selected for the role, you will have to take the form to your doctor, so they can confirm or modify the information, signing it before you send it back to us.

Video

Please upload a short video (max. 2 minutes) introducing yourself (who you are, what kind of person you are, and why you want to come to KISC). It should be a basic video in English (elaboration and ornamentation are up to you) where we can hear you talk.

We can accept video clips with the following formats: MPEG-4, AVI (Audio Video Interleave), MOV (Apple QuickTime Movie), and WMV (Windows Media Video).

Reference Letter

The Reference Letter is an optional attachment to your application, but if you have someone from your education, work or Scouting life whose reference would be relevant to support your application, then this can be included and uploaded with your application.

We get many excellent applications from Scouts and Guides worldwide to become Short Term Staff at KISC and receive more applications than we have positions available. To make your application stand out, it is essential to give us some extra information about yourself and the skills that you could bring to the Pinkie team.

After the application deadline, we will go through the selection process, and you will hear back from us in approximately 3 - 5 weeks

Before you start your application for a specific Long Term Staff (LTS) or SMT (Senior Management Team) position, make sure you prepare all the supporting documents listed below. You will need these to submit your application successfully. The documents need to be in English and preferably in a. PDF format. Apart from the Reference Letter, all the papers are essential for your application.

If you have any questions about the supporting documents or the application procedure, please contact us.
