Tjabba tjena! At first I was a bit worried about coming here and use English on a daily basis for three months. But after the first week it felt like there was nothing else. You can truly see how KISC is a place of learning and understanding. Every day you learn something new, and every day you get to teach someone else something new. I think that is what makes KISC and scouting so awesome.
I love working down here and every day I get to be a part of what makes this place so great. The staff here have been working hard this summer and it's now coming to an end. It's been really cool to meet all of these hard working and super engaged crew of scouts that's just as exited as me about scouting.
Coming here from different cultures and societies, and take care of all the guests should be quite challenging. But looking around me, seeing all of these people working hard you can see that it's not always about how good you are at something. It's about putting your heart and soul into creating a better world. Which scouting is all about. That's some of the reasons why I'm a pinkie.
