For our Chalet guests we have Guest Kitchens that can be booked for preparing food and if you're staying on the Campsite you can buy barrels of wood and rent cooking sets from us to cook with. All our guests can place food orders with us so you won't need to go into the village for basics such as bread and milk everyday.

Please note that you may only bring enough food for one day into Switzerland.

Guest Kitchens

We have 5 fully equipped electric kitchens to allow guests to cook their own food in. Outside, next to the kitchens is a large, covered eating area. There is an electricity charge of CHF 5 per day for these kitchens. They are available for guests staying in Chalet and during busy times you may have to share with another group. The largest kitchen can cater for up to 50 people and they have all the basic cooking material. If you wish to reserve a kitchen please let our Reception  (reception@kisc.ch (reception@kisc.ch)) know as soon as possible. Its "first come; first served"!

We do not have any kitchens for campsite groups but, if required, we do have limited freezer space.

Food Orders

If you are staying with us either in the Chalet or on the Campsite you can order basic food items from us and collect them from the Buffet.

If you wish to order, simply come to the Buffet in the Dining Hall between 07:30 and 11:00 to place your order for the next day. The next morning your order will be available for pick up from 07:30 onwards from the buffet. For your convenience the costs will be added directly to your bill along with accomodation and activities.

If you have decided to self cater then we offer a wide range of food products to purchase direct from the Centre.

Tower

The Tower has a full kitchen and a large main room for dining. The kitchen is fully equiped with all the pots, pans, plates and cutlery you will need. Guests staying in the Tower can still be fully catered for by the Centre.

KanderLodge

The Kander-Lodge has a full kitchen and a large main room for dining. The kitchen is fully equiped with all the pots, pans, plates and cutlery you will need. Guests staying in the Kander-Lodge can still be fully catered for by the Centre.
