If you are trying to plan your programme please remember that your activities will affect your meal bookings. If you have Centre catering it is your responsibility to ensure you have booked the correct meals. Use the information and tables below to see how your programme affects your meals.

Half day activities

For Half Day Activities no food is required. You will be back at the Centre in time for lunch or dinner. Half Day guided activities are:

1 day activities

For 1 Day Activities a Packed Lunch is required but you will be back in the Centre by 18.00. If you have Centre catering please ensure that a Packed Lunch is booked in advance. 1 Day guided activities are:

day trips

A Packed Lunch is required for all day trips. The following Day Trips will be back at the Centre by 18.00:

Bern Trip
Chocolate & Cheese Tour
Trummelbach & Interlaken
Stresa
Ballenberg & Interlaken

The following day trips require a Packed Lunch, a Packed Breakfast and a 19.00 Dinner sitting:

Zermatt
Jungfraujoch & Eiger Trail

If you have Centre Catering then you can book a food package which will contain all the meals required during an activity. Please make sure you have no bookings for meals in the Centre while you are on an activity.

Alternatively you can bring your own food to the hut and use the facitilities there to prepare it. The table below gives details of what meals are needed for each activity.

Overnight activities at private huts

For overnight activities at private huts you may need to bring a Packed Lunch for Day 1 and / or Day 2. Dinner and Breakfast is included in activity prices. If you have Centre catering please make sure you have booked any Packed Lunches require and have no booking for Dinner and Breakfast at the Centre.

High Ropes and Water Based Activities

Please note the requirements when doing Water Based Activities. Most require a Packed Lunch, while others include a Lunch. If Lunch is included in the activity it is covered in the activity price and no booking should be made at the Centre. You can not book a late dinner if you are not going to be back to the centre in time for dinner. If this is the case, we recommend you to make other arrangements in advance.
