Deputy Directors

The present staff structure includes a Deputy Director for Guest Services, a Deputy Director for Programme and a Deputy Director for Internal Services.

The Job Description of each Deputy Director starts like this: "The Deputy Director is a member of the Senior Management Team of the Kandersteg International Scout Centre and reports directly to the Operations Director. As Deputy Director he/she is directly responsible for the management of the Guest Services / Programme / Internal Services department and assists with executing the strategically development goals of the Centre on the short and longer term as set out by the KISC General Assembly and KISC Association Committee. The post requires a willingness to work according to a flexible schedule."

In daily life the Deputy Directors are called: Guest Services Director / Programme Director / Internal Services Director.
