HOW TO BOOK

Use the online Accommodation Booking Form to make a provisional booking. The Reception Team will process your details and contact you. You must pay a booking fee to confirm your booking.

Once this has been done, you will receive a Programme Request form to make Activity Bookings.

PROGRAMME REQUEST FORM

Bookings for activities open on March 1st (for Summer activities) and October 1st (for Winter activities). Before these dates we do not accept any programme bookings. If you are coming in Spring or Autumn then send us your Programme Request form at least a month in advance with your requirements.

Our activities are booked on a 'first come, first served' basis, so please send us your Programme request form as soon as possible. Don't be disappointed!!

For Summer activities, we suggest that you send us your Programme Request form by June 1st for a quick response before arrival.

For your convenience, all activities can be billed directly to your final account.

You can download a blank Programme Request Form here. We are happy to receive your form in (almost) any file format as long as the layout and text formatting is the same as these documents.

We can not process your Programme Request form until you have paid your accommodation booking fee and returned your signed booking form to us.
