Our Centre is an amazing place, and this is thanks to the work of our young team of international volunteers. They come and stay here to look after our guests, help maintain it and develop it for the future. Perhaps you already know something about the Centre? You may have been here as a guest and now want to return as a staff member yourself... Or perhaps, this is the first time you've heard about the home of World Scouting in the heart of the Swiss Alps.

UNGUIDED HIKES
A selection of recommended hike routes in the Kandersteg area which you can lead your Scout Group on. The routes range from half-day strolls to multi-day routes traversing alpine passes.

HIGH ADVENTURE
KISC is surrounded by high mountains and eternal glaciers. Hike over an alpine pass, explore a glacier or challenge yourself at rock climbing.

One of the main themes of our Programme the environment is important to all Scouts. We have Guided and Self-Guided Programme as well as the Eco Adventure Room and environmental information around the Centre and Campsite.
