Members Weekend May 2009

What is it?

KISC will host a special Members' Weekend from 29th May - 1st June 2009.

What is so special about this weekend?

A tailor made programme will be provided for you and your family. You will have the chance to see the Centre at its best and enjoy the Alps with your fellow members.
It will also give you a chance to be part of KISC History and witness the opening of the Kander-Lodge!

UNGUIDED HIKES
A selection of recommended hike routes in the Kandersteg area which you can lead your Scout Group on. The routes range from half-day strolls to multi-day routes traversing alpine passes.

HIGH ADVENTURE
KISC is surrounded by high mountains and eternal glaciers. Hike over an alpine pass, explore a glacier or challenge yourself at rock climbing.

ECO ADVENTURE
One of the main themes of our Programme the environment is important to all Scouts. We have Guided and Self-Guided Programme as well as the Eco Adventure Room and environmental information around the Centre and Campsite.
