The Building Commission went well last week and the next phase has been approved. This means that by mid February the cement floor (Unterlagsboden) on the 1st Floor can be poured. To make this happen Paul is on a tight schedule to get the roof finished, all the walls need to be closed (as least the bottom half) and to clean the floor completely. The builders need to move in to brick-up the walls that will enclose the staircase on the 1st and Ground Floor. We also discussed the sprinkler system and at the moment the final details with the authorities are checked and the architect started with the price negotiations.
The different quotations for the interior part of the KL have been rechecked, adapated and finalished. It is going to be an interesting last 2 weeks of May when all the flat packs need to be unpacked and build!!
This week the roof and the gables will be insulated and the work on fire proofing the walls will go on full spead.
