* Staff must to be available to work at least one day before the actual event to set up our stand, depends on an event. We will let you know about the exact dates once the selection process is finished.
We understand that it can be expensive to attend such events and we are therefore in the process of negotiations about the participation fees. We will do our best, however successful applicants need to cover their travel costs.
