KISC.CH SPEAKS LIKE YOU!
Have you check the top of the website? Have you seen those letters: EN, DE, IT, ES? Have you try to click on them? No? Ok, let's try now... click on DE, for example. Alright, take a look at the menu at your left now... What! Magic, or must say MAGIE: it is in German now!
The project started long ago, around mid-2007, even when it was in our plans from the very beginning of this website. The idea: to offer KISC.CH in five different languages. Along the way, 5 translators, 6 proof readers and 2 different servers joined us on this enterprise, along with several collaborators and thousands of hours of edition. But here it is! Now KISC.CH speaks English (EN), German (DE), Italian (IT) and Spanish (ES)!
And this is just the beginning: before the end of this year, the upcoming French version will be ready to "parler français" too!
Do you have a Scouting website? We've created this banner for those interested in adding a link to KISC.CH. Check it out!
This new version of our website is still "under maintenance" and might reflect some troubles at the moment... but fear not, because us and our good friends of Unico Data are working together to ensure you get the best KISC experience online!
The next step, together with the french version, will be to give you the opportunity to download all the important KISC documentation in these languages as well.
It is also time to give a big THANK YOU to our fantastic team of translators: Carolyn, Ciccio, Janneke, Elke... and Caz for all the hard work invested in coordinating this website and get it to this point.
Oh, by the way... my name is Tati Perez, I'm from Argentina, and from now on I'll be here to offer the Latest News from the Permanent Mini-Jamboree!
So, once again... Welcome to KISC! Come and live the dream!
