Das Haus Sunneblick
Das Haus Sunneblick ist etwa gleich alt wie das Chalet und hat eine ganz ähnliche Geschichte.
Ursprünglich diente der Sunneblick, wie auch das Chalet, als Unterkunftsgebäude für die Arbeiter, die den Bahntunnel bauten. Es wurde in Frutigen gebaut und dort einige Jahre genutzt, bis es Anfang 1900 nach Kandersteg, als Nachbarhaus des Chalet, versetzt wurde. Das Haus wurde vom Internationalen Pfadfinderzentrum am 1. Mai 2009 übernommen.
Das Haus Sunneblick bietet 47 Betten in mehreren Zimmern, verfügt über eine gut ausgerüstete Küche mit anschliessendem Essraum. Das Haus kann von einer Gruppe alleine belegt werden oder wird zimmerweise vermietet.

UNGUIDED HIKES
A selection of recommended hike routes in the Kandersteg area which you can lead your Scout Group on. The routes range from half-day strolls to multi-day routes traversing alpine passes.
