HOW TO BOOK

If you would like to make a provisional accommodation booking, please use the online Booking Form. The Reception team will then process your request and contact you directly regarding availability.

Once you have a provisional booking, you are required to pay a booking fee and sign our official booking form to confirm your accommodation. After this has been done you can make bookings for Catering, Programme Activities and other Services (camping equipment, meeting room, guest kitchens, etc). For your convenience, Activities, Catering and Services can be added directly to your final bill.

You can also make your booking by phone, fax or email.

If you are bring a large group or this is your first visit to KISC then you might like to do a “recci trip” to help you prepare. In order that you can make the most of a recci trip please let us know and we will be happy to meet and discuss your main trip with you.
