Australian Room
The Australian Room has a small table, 2 chairs and 2 single beds, one on each side of the room. The room is situated at the front side of the building above the original entrance. It has dedicated "aussie" style thanks to the sponsorship of Scouts Australia. The room was established in 1957.

UNGUIDED HIKES
A selection of recommended hike routes in the Kandersteg area which you can lead your Scout Group on. The routes range from half-day strolls to multi-day routes traversing alpine passes.

HIGH ADVENTURE
KISC is surrounded by high mountains and eternal glaciers. Hike over an alpine pass, explore a glacier or challenge yourself at rock climbing.
